Directors of Learning
Each year group has a dedicated Director of Learning whose primary role is to promote the school's ethos and values and ensure that they are maintained throughout every aspect of the school day.
Form Tutors
Tutors have a very important role in supporting our young people at The John Fisher School. They spend a considerable amount of time with their group and get to know the students very well indeed. Tutors are often best placed to identify and deal with problems as they arise and are an integral part of the inclusion agenda.
Inclusion Department
Mrs Highfield leads our inclusion department and offers specialist support to students. On occasion it may necessary to involve external agencies to fully support the needs of some students. In these situations we ensure that a confidential, professional, non-judgemental and sensitive service is provided.
