Guild of St Stephen

13 Dec 2016

On Tuesday 29th November eleven students from Year Eight were rewarded and enrolled into the Guild of St Stephen. This annual celebration is to reward the fidelity of those who have demonstrated to Fr James a very high level of service to our School Community. They have become great hosts within our team of regular servers either serving Benediction every Tuesday lunchtime and or weekday mass before school at 8:10am. St Stephen is the patron saint of servers having been martyred for his service to the church in Jerusalem (AD36) and assisting the Apostles at the altar. The red cord of the Guild medal reminds the servers of their vow to be faithful, reverent and regular in serving. The new members are; Daniel Martins, Joey Cope, Oliver Zammit, Freddy Georgio, Jonas Bekit, Taylor Fowler, Kwame Tomlin, Noel Brown, Aleks Iwan, Luke Madaj, and Cooper Cunningham-Fenyves.
